Garage Band

We enjoyed yet another "first" on Friday night, as we played a show for the first time in a parking garage. Playhouse on the Square booked us to play their Street/Seat Party, which was intended to celebrate and garner more support for their upcoming construction project at Union and Cooper. The weather forced us underground, but we had a great time anyway. The lighting and background provided for some fine photo opps, too!

Jackie Nichols (see below) has done an incredible job, in the last 30+ years, creating a thriving theatre scene in Memphis. Memphis folks--we hope you'll support this great organization!

The rain held off just long enough on Saturday afternoon for us to make our first-ever appearance at the venerable Germantown Festival. We have some great friends in Germantown, several of whom stopped by to see us. And it's always nice to have highly attentive listeners like this guy.

As has become custom, the Case of Bass walked away with the Best-Dressed award (Is this the coolest guy in rock 'n roll or what?).

The rest of us showed up, but did anyone notice, or care? I really doubt it.
